The Mountain Pass Bench

Description

With this bench, we pay homage to the high desert western states – places like the Rocky Mountains where trains pass through cuts and tunnels to get past the high summits and steep grades. Crafted from solid hardwood timbers, the Mountain Pass Bench features two sections of rail as armrests and a notched cutout for the seating area. The smooth sanded interior of the wood timber provides a gorgeous contrast to the rough exterior traditionally found on a crosstie.
